Returns & Cancellation

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on aceola.com.
  2. Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. 
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  5. You must inform us about your return within 7 days from the date of delivery and the product should reach our warehouse in 15 days.   If our company has a reverse pickup service available in your area,  we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address.
  6.  The product should be returned in a well packed box so as to avoid any damage in the transit. 
  7. In case of International orders, the reverse pickup is to be arranged by customer itself and he/she should provide for the courier charges as well.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

  • No returns are accepted for customized products.

Refunds :

Once we receive your return , a refund is issued within 7 Days.

  1. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway ,refund will be made to the same account.
  2. If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.
  3. Refunds will not be processed in cash.

Replacement:

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Amazon.in; or
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly.

Order Cancellation: 
If you wish to cancel your order with us please note: 

  •  The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped.  Also maximum time frame to cancel the order is within 10 hours of placing the order.
  •  If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount. 
  •  However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side. 
  •  The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customized orders are in no way eligible for cancellation. 

Product Disclaimer: 

Most of the products on aceola.com are handmade; hand woven and intricately crafted, as such there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using. If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send in a mail at sales@aceola.com and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.

Note:

A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
